Tracy Wilkes, CPM, CCIM, the President of Castle Keep, has spent 28 years representing owners’ best interests in commercial real estate investments. He has completed value enhancement strategies on 61 under performing projects of all property types, including multi-family, 22 of which were retail, 14 “ground up” developments and numerous financings. He has negotiated over 6.5 million square feet of leases of all types, ranging from tiny retail kiosks to 350,000 sq. ft. fortune 1000 companies. He has purchased or sold some 77 properties since 1979 and he has lead commercial real estate organizations ranging from individual entrepreneurships to multi- region, publicly traded organizations spanning North America. All this is brought to bear, with a sense of urgency, in assuring the best possible assistance to Castle Keep’s clients.

Working with Castle Keep on the team would be, when appropriate, The Wells Partnership, a seasoned construction/development management firm and partner in Castle Keep Developments’ activities. The principals of The Wells Partnership, Lester K. Wells, AIA and Chairman of Castle Keep Developments, and Axel Russell, AIA, have over 50 years of combined experience in developing and constructing buildings of all types. Lester Wells has built 9.2 million square feet of all product types over the past 27 years. Perhaps its most recognizable retail project is The Pavilions in downtown Denver, which they built for the Entertainment Development Group in 1998. They are currently building affordable multi-family rental housing in the northern part of lower downtown and representing the City as construction managers of the new 1000 room convention hotel in downtown Denver.
